Resource Industry Network and the Mackay Region Chamber of Commerce are joining forces for R U OK?Day - our national day of action dedicated to encouraging everyone to connect with the people they care about and giving them the skills to have a conversation with someone they’re worried about any day of the year. Taking part can be as simple as asking your friends, family and colleagues, “are you ok?”

Conversations need to happen every day of the year. Help us keep the conversation going by joining us for this Sausage Sizzle BBQ Breakfast.

This is a free event however we would appreciate your registration for catering purposes.
