Become a volunteer at a fun GRAPE EVENT
Have fun, increase awareness for suicide prevention resources, collect coin donations and distribute Help-A-Mate District Suicide Support Cards
Participate in LivingWorks suicide alertness or intervention training or become a presenter

AS AN INDIVIDUAL, BUSINESS, CLUB OR ORGANISATION

SPONSOR a set of Help-A-Mate District suicide support cards $250 per 1000 cards
Become a sponsor for suicide support cards and Grapevine will thank your organisation by acknowledging your logo on the back of the cards and our on our website. We welcome you using the front of the card to promote an event, your club or your organisation. Your $250
contribution will fund printing of the cards as well as allow us to sponsor 2 sport volunteers through safeTALK suicide alertness training.
SPONSOR safeTALK suicide alertness training places for sports volunteers $50 per place
Our HELP-A-MATE Sports Challenge offers free safeTALK suicide alertness training for the Mackay sports community. You can help us out by adopting a participant through the program and build vital skills for our community to become suicide safe.

DISPLAY our HELP-A-MATE Sports Challenge Poster
Let more people know about Grapevine Group and let Sports Volunteers know there is free training available to them. Download & print out our poster, put one up at work, your sports club or on any community noticeboard.
PROMOTE your organisation or event or distribute District Suicide Support Cards
If you are having an event why not have District Suicide Support Cards promote it and let everyone know about resources and positive local activities. If needed we will do our best to source a sponsor to get the cards produced.
FUND or BECOME a Livingworks suicide prevention presenter
Only a handful of suicide prevention trainers exist in the Mackay District and as a community we desperately need more. The cost to become a Livingworks safeTALK presenter is $1000 plus travel expenses. To qualify as a Livingworks ASIST presenter the cost is $3500 plus travel. If you would like to undertake the training or know more please contact Grapevine Group.
Have a GRAPEVINE FUNDRAISER or organise a GRAPEVINE EVENT
If you are holding any sort of event, an art exhibition or gig we would love to be your beneficiary. It is a excellent way to build awareness for suicide resources and contribute to helping us make Mackay suicide safer. A gold coin donation at the door could help us make a difference.
