• The role of Ambassador does not create any contract of service or employment between Grapevine and the Ambassador and is an honorary position with no express or implied offer or promise of reward or remuneration and which may at any time be revoked by Grapevine’s committee in its absolute discretion. Unless the  Ambassador is already a member, Grapevine may in its absolute discretion grant the Ambassador membership of Grapevine in such membership category as reserved for the Ambassador role and the Grapevine committee may also in their absolute discretion revoke such membership at any time if the Ambassador ceases in that role.
  • The Ambassador hereby grants to Grapevine an unconditional and irrevocable consent and licence to use and continue to use for such period of time as determined at the sole discretion of Grapevine for no reward of other consideration the Ambassador’s image, likeness (including photograph, portrait, video image or any other image in any form of media), voice, title of office, professional credentials or affiliations in advertising or marketing material in print, digital or any other form of media (including social media or online platform) whether now existing or hereafter created for the purposes of any form of advertising, marketing, publicity or public notice or announcement approved by the Grapevine in conjunction with any text, sound or images (including the likeness of others) and to incorporate any such uses together at the absolute discretion of Grapevine irrespective of whether or not the Ambassador continues in or ceases in that role.
